Can Mr Charles warehouse my uniforms?
Yes, for orders of 250 garments or more you can negotiate a stock holding service for up to 12 months at the time of your order. Not only can we hold uniforms we also have the facilities to stock accessories such as school socks, hosery, hats and even school bags.
What is Mr Charles returns policy?
Items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all of the original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Mr Charles will only accept returned goods if they are in their original condition, free of any markings and damage. Return shipping charges to our office are the responsibility of the customer.
Can Mr Charles help me set up an online store?
Yes we can. We can help you set up an exclusive online store for your school. We can link our system directly to your school’s website and provide a fast, secure and convenient way for your community to shop.
When will my order be delivered?
At Mr Charles, we understand the need for urgency. No one likes to be kept waiting. So in most cases, if we receive your order by 12pm we can arrange for dispatch on the same day. While, if your order arrives later in the day we’ll aim to arrange dispatch on the next business day.
Mr Charles use express post delivery through Australia Post. The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses and post office boxes. If your item is for an address outside of this network, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your items.
