Returns policy

Returning Product

All items must be returned within 14 days from invoice date, unworn, unwashed and with tags. Mr Charles will only accept returned goods if they are in their original condition, free of any markings and damage. The customer must pay the return freight to our warehouse on the Gold Coast.

Mr Charles cannot accept the return of goods if:

• they are damaged in the washing machine or dryer where the care instructions have not been followed correctly
• they have suffered from normal wear and tear, accident or mishandling
• they have been shop soiled or have been discoloured due to lengthy periods of time in the store
• they are discontinued styles
• they are indent or Made to Order
• you have simply changed your mind or your order placed was the wrong colour, style or quantity

Mr Charles will consider claims for:

• goods that are faulty or defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials
• short delivery claims notified to Mr Charles Head Office within 7 days of invoice

Please be aware the original invoice number must be supplied before claim can proceed.

Returns must be sent by the customer within 14 days of invoice, direct to Mr Charles’ head office.
